As much as I like my Skycamp 3.0 Mini, the ladder is a different story entirely.
I had to replace the entire ladder because the small black connector tube at the top broke. No surprise, as they should not have been made from plastic in the first place! Truly annoying.
Real world camping doesn’t match the glowing reviews. Out in Utah restock country with rain and wet sand stops the ladder from closing. Sand just about freezes the sections from retracting. This is with as careful effort to keep wet sand off the ladder rungs and away from the sliding sections. Broke one step trying to get it to move. Ladder would not retract so to close the tent we had to remove the ladder. And once it was dried out the sections would not open or collapse. Choiceswere sleep out, go home or get a hotel.
Wish the website would tell you whether or not the connectors are plastic or metal. I had to eat the cost of the return shipping because the pictures and description are the same for the 2.0 and 3.0
