iKamper Rooftop Tent Warranty

If you ever experience an issue with one of our products, please fill out the After-Service Care form at the bottom of the page. We'll do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

2 Year Warranty

For 2 years from the date of purchase, iKamper will repair or replace (at our option) defective parts at no cost to the customer.

Extended 3 Year Warranty

For 5 years from the date of purchase, iKamper will repair or replace (at our option) defective parts at a minimum cost (production cost). Shipping is covered by the customer.

Our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the ones below:

  • UV damage: ultra-violet damage to fabric. The gel coat on the Skycamp shell is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use (vinyl window discoloration, scratches/dents on the rooftop tent top, etc.)
  • Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, abuse, storm damage, etc.)
  • Aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation of the rooftop tent.

This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from iKamper or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. While the warranty does cover products sold through authorized dealers, customers who purchased their iKamper products from a dealer must submit any After Service Requests through the dealer they purchased from.

Additional Accident Protection by Extend

iKamper offers 1, 2, and 3 year accident coverage by partnering with Extend.

The iKAMPER Protection Plan begins on the date of purchase for Accidental Damage coverage. It runs concurrently with the iKamper's 2 year/3 year extended warranty.

Protection plan coverage:

  • Accidental damage from handling: If an accident happens and your product stops working. Extend will replace it at no additional cost. Like: drops, cracks, bends, rips, tears, and structural damage.
  • Mechanical Failure: When regular use of your product results in a mechanical or functional failure, you are covered.

1 Year Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use.
