We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following policies:

Before Shipping:

• Cancel your order before it ships by contacting our customer service team.
• Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

After Shipping Confirmation:

• If your order is canceled after it has been picked up by the freight carrier, a 15% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
• If you need to update your delivery address after shipment confirmation, you will be responsible for any re-consignment or holding fees incurred.

After Delivery:

• Unfortunately, no refunds or returns are available after your RTT, Rack, or ExoShell has been delivered or picked up.

We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why all iKamper rooftop tents include a 2-year limited warranty for your peace of mind.

• Once shipped, orders are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date.

Returns Policy:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• Refunds will have the cost of return shipping deducted.

1. Use a trackable shipping service to return your items.
2. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will email you to confirm the status of your return.
3. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to process.
