Job Summary

In your role as the iKAMPER Account Representative, you will have the responsibility of nurturing customer relationships, meeting sales objectives, and ensuring the effective management of sales operations for a designated account list. This position entails developing sales strategies, analyzing data, addressing, and resolving customer issues, while also focusing on profitability and pursuing new business prospects.

Main Responsibility

1. Generating Sales

  • Analyze sales data and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Evaluate weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance.
  • Increase sales among existing customer groups.
  • Showcase iKAMPER products to both current and potential dealers.
  • Introduce and position new products successfully within designated accounts.
  • Forecast sales within designated accounts.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure that dealers have effective merchandising to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with dealers to nurture important relationships.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly within 24 hours.
  • Relay customer feedback and valuable insights to internal stakeholders and management.

3. Market & Network Expansion

  • Participate in trade shows and customer events.
  • Conduct product and sales training for retail employees.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and explore additional sales channels.
  • Keep a watchful eye on the competition within the assigned account base to uphold iKAMPER leadership in the category.

4. Others

  • Prepare reports for the Sales Director.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in decision-making, and critical thinking, enabling effective sales strategies and issue resolution.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, and stakeholders.
  • Capability to develop strategies and implement tactics that drive results in sales and customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organized, collaborative team player with a strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of wholesale sales experience required. (The outdoor/sporting goods industry preferred)
