Disappointing Durability

We upgraded the canvas on our iKamper Skycamp 2.0 about seven months ago, and unfortunately, we're already experiencing issues. Stitching has come loose on a key component, which is incredibly frustrating for a relatively new replacement.
We've reached out to iKamper regarding a warranty claim and are currently awaiting their response. We're hoping for a more satisfactory resolution than a previous experience where we were advised to "staple" a falling headliner back into place. The durability of this replacement canvas is definitely a concern, and we're anxious to see how iKamper addresses this quality issue.

Great product but price increase?

Love you products but why did the price increase from $590 in 2023 to $910 in 2025? Iā€™m very interested in buying this conversion kit but this price increase seems unreasonable. I would love to get more info on the why before I continue to invest more money in iKamper.

Good fit. Very disappointed it didn't come with hardware for side window flaps

It sounds like you might have one of our original Kickstarter tents that was not set up to have side canopy windows with tension rods. The good news is that we are able to help you retrofit on the side canopy poles and receivers if you reach out to our awesome customer service team at support@ikamper.com. Got the first generation ikamper tent in 2018. Its traveled the world. Now residing in Honolulu Hawaii. Just upgraded to the generation 3 canvas. Absolutely love the look. Took me a bit to figure the installation out but one hour later wala a brand new look.

Straight forward install and instructions online. Finished removing my 2.0 skin and installing the 3.0 skin in less than 40 minutes. Love the results, color scheme, and draw string windows! Feels like a new tent all over again!
