Locking Latch Keys

My iKamper tent is literally my second home and my favorite way to experience the outdoors. When I needed replacement keys, their support team (Francis) truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
Not only is the build quality of their gear top-tier, but their integrity and customer service are unmatched. They have gained a loyal customer for life. Counting down the days until winter camping season!

I had to order new keys which requires you taking a picture of your locks to ensure they send the proper ones. First of all, it took forever to receive them. We finally get them and they do not work. This is beyond frustrating. I’m hoping they will rectify this quickly (I’ll update my review).

I have two different key codes on my tent. I ordered a replacement key set for each lock. The keys that I got are identical and work in both locks. Why would they be the same if the keys codes are different? I’m wondering how many of these locks use the same code.

Ikamper is the absolute best and the delivery was extremely fast!

somehow how i managed to end up with a wrong set of spare keys for my RTT and found that out at the wrong time! they took action immediately and got me a set of working keys as quickly as they were able to which was greatly appreciated. Tent is awesome, I sleep better in RTT than when at home. Thank U.
