I was disappointed that to find that it is too long for it to stake out properly. I thought it would be okay since some of the images show a smaller SUV and I drive a Jeep Patriot with higher profile. We staked it out as best we could but it sagged in the middle. It "worked" but not fully for what I had hoped to actually use it for. I was happy that there were zippers to access my rear door. I'll keep it as I hope to get a truck next year, although worry then it will be too short.

I am sorry to see this has been your experience. We do have information related the rack height compatibility listed under the 'Installation' tab.

'Depending on the model, the Annex S is compatible with vehicles featuring roof racks at a height between 71” and 77” for an optimal fit. Canopy Poles have a minimum height of 69' (175 cm).'

Seriously, have any of you people leaving 1 star reviews even actually used this? I didn't have room to practice setting this up at home so my first experience was at the campground in a driving rain. It took me exactly 30 seconds to get it attached to my iKamper and another 2 minutes to get it staked out. Works perfectly. A great addition for my iKamper.

The pole need to be included with the kit for the prize. Maybe will fix the problem. Otherwise it’s waste of money. The picture is far to be true.

The picture in your Ad is too good to be true, installed the Annex S but that thing is too long where the window is just a few inches from the ground. I cant straighten the edges because the peg anchor is to far out since the Annex is too long. Im very dissatisfied with the product. It was not even worth taking a picture because it looks horrible, a total waste of money.

Too short.. there is too big of a gap from the end of the annex to the floor..
